Today marks the exciting beginning of our tenth season and tenth year with Fierce Grace, a transformative exploration dedicated to reimagining how we and the world operate when feminine leadership takes the forefront. This opening episode serves as a powerful anchor, helping us all align with our core focus and intention for the journey ahead. It grounds us deeply in our inherent ability to co-create fresh realities across the planet right now, during this pivotal moment. We do this in the distinctive ways we are uniquely equipped to contribute, concentrating our efforts within the specific ecosystems where we hold genuine influence, rather than spreading ourselves thin trying to tackle everything or succumbing to the belief that we lack the power to effect any change whatsoever.

For this season, we have established clear and compelling stakes to guide our path:

Reimagining how we and the world function when the feminine leads—from the inside out.

Harnessing the strength, insight, and impact of our individual leadership to collaboratively build a more vibrant, promising world—not just for ourselves, but for everyone we connect with and for future generations. This happens through our authentic voices, deliberate choices, and steady presence in the ecosystems where we live, lead, and nurture relationships.

Our strategy emphasizes what we can truly shape and influence. We direct our energy toward the ecosystems over which we possess real power and authority—starting with ourselves, extending to our closest one-on-one relationships, and encompassing our immediate circles such as teams or families. From there, this influence ripples outward to affect the broader organizations where we contribute, the communities we engage with and reside in—whether local, social, or global—and ultimately transforms the overarching culture, societal structures, and collective consciousness of our world.

We continually reaffirm and fully embrace a fundamental truth: Every non-natural system existing on this planet was crafted by human hands, which means that we, as humans—you and I included—hold the capacity to design new realities, innovative systems, sustainable ways of being, working, connecting, living, and achieving success. These creations can uplift and enable all people and the planet itself to flourish and prosper, not only in the present but also for generations yet to come.

Discovering the Essence of Our 10th Season: Fierce Grace

This tenth season bears the name Fierce Grace, which captures in the most straightforward terms the essence of balanced, integrated leadership and the sensation of fully embodied power.

Fierce Grace represents the unified power and presence residing deep within the human heart. When we tap into this complete spectrum of power and presence, we manifest an energy that can transform an entire room or circumstance simply through our being there. We become a potent catalyst for positive change and upliftment, because we are profoundly anchored in our true selves, our core essence, our natural wisdom, and our state of equilibrium, all grounded in unwavering truth.

To provide a solid framework for our explorations, we will draw upon four key realms from the six domains of Elevated Leadership:

• Presence
• Power
• Purpose
• Personal sustainability

Throughout the year, I will introduce the eight Feminine Leadership Archetypes aligned with the eight significant 'turns of the year'—including solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarter points. Our journey kicks off with the archetype of the CREATRIX in our inaugural full episode, numbered 271. Beyond that, we will allow additional insights and themes to emerge organically as the season unfolds.

My heartfelt intention is for Feminine Power Time to remain a cherished oasis offering illumination, liberation, and elevation—a vibrant field designed for co-creators like you. It is a sanctuary where you can:
